This morning, papam, mama and I are in school. I don't have school today but this day our teachers are meeting all papam and mama of all the children in school. The purpose of the meeting is for parents to get a chance to ask the teachers how their children are doing in school.
We met with Ms Angela and Ms Rose. We also met my Chinese teacher. Papam and mama took turns asking the teacher. I just sat there and listen to them, sometimes I laugh if I see them laughing too. Ms Angela looks happy telling papam and mama what I do in school. She said I get along with my classmates very well. That my classmates like me because I am very outgoing. I have a lot of friends in school, both boys and girls. Ms Angela showed papam and mama my book in school, she calls it portfolio. This book has some of my pictures when I am in school painting, eating, playing in the playground, sorting toys, and playing with my classmates.
Ms Angela said that I am a very happy child and laughing at almost anything. But I still have some problem sharing toys with other kids. I get upset when one of the children take my toys without asking for permission. Papam and mama are telling me to learn to share toys with other children.
These are some comments from my teachers that they put in my school book:
"Kristian is always eager and keen in doing Arts & Craft."
"Kristian is improving in his self-help skills. He is now able to hold the spoon the correct way. However, he needs to be reminded to hold his bowl with the other hand."
"Kristian is very focused while doing his work. He sometimes needs reminder on his grip."
"Kristian takes the initiative and is helpful when it comes to keeping the toys."
"He is also able to sort out the different toys into the respective boxes."
Some other comments are in Chinese. I'm still not good in Chinese so I can't write it here. But my teacher says I can repeat Chinese words very accurately.
We left the school at 11 in the morning to eat lunch. Mama said she's going to buy a Spiderman bed for me. I am very excited.
